Relationships between friends, our fellow workers and lovers can either greatly enhance the quality of our lives or they can be the source of tremendous tension, anxiety, hardship and grief. This 10-week group experience will provide a warm, safe, supportive environment where you will be able to take risks to explore new, more satisfying and fulfilling ways of relating. You will have the opportunity to:

• Identify the defenses and armoring you carry today which resulted from old wounding and which keep you from getting close to people emotionally.

• Begin to heal that wounding at its very core.

• Discover the incredible joy, aliveness and personal power you feel as you risk being more open, vulnerable and authentic.

• Learn to more effectively honor and express your needs and your boundaries.

• Learn to communicate yourself to others more fully so that they may come to understand your hurt, your defenses and fears (what you think will be the consequences of your honesty: rejection, loneliness, ridicule, etc.)

• Open your heart to the hearts of others and experience the nourishment and support of joining and connecting. We're meant to travel this journey with each other...not alone!
